• Email integration for career-related communications

• Analytics and insights about your career search progress

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Nexec
• You must provide a valid email address
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Email Access and Integration

4.1 Third-Party Email Integration

• Email access is provided through secure OAuth systems from email providers
• You explicitly grant permission for Nexec to access your email
• You can revoke this permission at any time through your email provider's account settings

4.2 Email Data Usage

• We access email only to identify and categorize career-related communications
• Email data is used solely for career search management purposes
• You control which emails are logged as part of your career search activities

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Nexec only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission

5.2 Content Responsibility

• You are responsible for all content you input, upload, or share through Nexec
• You represent that you have the right to use and share any content you provide
• You will not upload or share content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
